Project Management

We offer a comprehensive Project Management System designed to function as a contract control tool, enabling early detection of progress shortfalls and timely adjustments in manpower and resources. Material ordering and supply are closely monitored to ensure alignment with sub-contract schedules and timely deliveries. At the tender stage, we conduct strategic appraisals to prepare manpower and materials schedules, identifying critical installation areas and potential resource challenges. Throughout execution, project programmes are monitored and updated regularly using methods like bar charts and critical path analysis to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts early. Supporting schedules for production, materials, and resources are developed in parallel with the main programme to proactively address potential issues.
