The company is fully Nigerian-owned and operates with a team of moderately sized but highly qualified professionals. Nurudeen Alabede Suleiman

Principal Partner

Nurudeen Alabede holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. He is a focused team player with over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, covering contract planning, contract setup and administration, procurement, risk management, and process improvement. He has led procurement and contracting efforts in electricity distribution operations, facilities management, and the acquisition of technical items. His expertise includes price agreement analysis, vendor relationship management, expediting material delivery, and serving as a tender secretariat. Nurudeen has a proven track record in the energy industry, successfully managing projects, closing acquisitions, and facilitating business transactions that have generated over ₦30 billion in revenue within the past decade. He is skilled in risk management, process restructuring, strategic development, stakeholder engagement, and delivering results that drive profitability.

Abdul-Azeez Adeola Bello (MNSE, ALMBA, R.ENGR)

Principal Partner

Belo Abdul-Azeez holds a Postgraduate Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Ibadan, and has completed Project Management training aligned with the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. He is currently pursuing an Action Learning MBA (ALMBA) at the Business School Netherlands. He is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and has extensive experience in civil and structural engineering design, covering both steel and reinforced concrete structures. With approximately 13 years of professional experience, Abdul-Azeez has worked across various industries, including construction and telecommunications, delivering services in engineering design, project management, and business development. He has collaborated with both local and multinational firms, serving as a design engineer, project manager, and consultant on multi-storey buildings and industrial developments in both the public and private sectors. His competencies span contract management, cost estimation, business control, and value engineering. He has coordinated multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. He also prepares integrated project programs to prevent schedule delays and engages consistently with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Oluwaseyi Adedeji Adesina (MINSE, MCIBSE, R. Engr.)

Senior Project Manager

Adesina Oluwaseyi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Facility Management at the University of Lagos. He is a Chartered Engineer, registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). Oluwaseyi brings nearly 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design, construction supervision, and project management. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing. He has served as an electrical consultant on various multi-storey buildings and industrial developments across both private and public sectors. In these roles, he has also functioned as a project manager, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of infrastructure projects. As part of his professional development, he has completed training by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), focused on management practices for engineering consultancy growth. Oluwaseyi’s combination of technical proficiency, industry certification, and practical project experience positions him as a valuable asset in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

AGBO Elijah Enemona (MNSE, R.Engr)

Senior Manager, Mechanical

Agbo Elijah Enemona holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria. He is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and has over 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, project coordination, and production process management. He has worked across various industries within Nigeria, contributing to engineering design, business development, and project delivery. Elijah is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). As part of his professional development, he has participated in numerous industry trainings and benefited from mentorship by top engineers in the country. His experience includes mechanical services design and project management for buildings of varying types, including hospitals, hotels, offices, and places of worship. Elijah is skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure project execution meets time, quality, and budget expectations. He is dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that align with technical standards and project requirements.
